Delivery Charges

• Orders below PKR 3,000 will be charged a flat delivery fee of PKR 240.

• Orders PKR 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message to track your delivery.

Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the order, they may contact you for re-delivery or return the parcel to their office.

Order Cancellation
