Refund policy

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Not returnable: Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal-hygiene items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Defective or wrong items: If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, Selsary will pay the return shipping.

  • Change of mind: If you return because you changed your mind (not defective), customer pays the return shipping.

  • How to request: Email selsaryofficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Inspection & approval: We inspect returns and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • Refund processing: Once approved, refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. We may offer an exchange instead if you prefer.
